History

1981-1985
In 1981 Mr. and Mrs. Vujić opened a shop for manufacturing polyethylene packing material. At the beginning production was limited to making bags and sacks from polyethylene foil and products were sold on the domestic market. The shop was located in Palic in their privately owned premises.

1985-2002
In 1985 Mr. and Mrs. Vujić teamed up with Mr. and Mrs. Bucalo to expand production and registered a joint ownership shop. After purchasing a polyethylene foil extruder production and the number of employees began to increase.

The expansion of the product range and market called for the completion of the production process so the company purchased a Flexo machine for printing foils in four different colors. Being able to provide a complete offer has resulted in an increased number of customers.

The company worked for well-known customers, opened retail shops in Subotica and decided to build new business premises in Palić (Trogirska 2).

They were finished by May 1988 and after the purchase of the new equipment the company moved into the new production premises. Business was growing and it was believed that with the improvement of the economic and political conditions the investment would pay off. At the end of 1989 the shop in joint ownership was closed and a new company was registered which has been doing business ever since.

2002
The completed production, efficiency and quality fulfilled the expectations but soon it became evident that the existing premises were insufficient and the company would be unable to meet the needs of their customers unless it made new investments.

The only solution was to build modern facilities that would meet the current and future requirements.

The company purchased the land in Subotica (Magnetna polja 21) and construction of the new 3100 square meter production and bu siness premises began in 1992.

Due to the unfortunate and well-known problems in the past decade, the new premises were completed only in 2002. That year the company closed its shop in Palić and continued production at the new location.
